L'entreprise a développé le On Deck Fellowship (ODF), un programme établi il y a plus de quatre ans, spécifiquement conçu pour ceux qui en sont à l'étape d'exploration de la création d'une entreprise. Depuis sa création, On Deck a soutenu avec succès plus de 1 000 entreprises dans leurs débuts, les aidant à lever un impressionnant total de plus de 2 milliards de dollars.
Créer une entreprise peut être une aventure passionnante, mais cela s'accompagne également de nombreux défis que les entrepreneurs doivent surmonter pour transformer leurs idées en entreprises viables. Les fondateurs en herbe se posent souvent des questions essentielles telles que l'identification de partenaires potentiels, la détermination du bon produit ou service à développer, la compréhension de qui pourraient être leurs premiers clients et la décision de chercher un financement externe ou de se débrouiller par leurs propres moyens dans les premières étapes. Ces interrogations représentent ce qu'On Deck appelle les "pièces manquantes" - des facteurs critiques qui doivent être abordés pour déterminer à la fois la pertinence de l'entrepreneuriat pour l'individu et le type d'entreprise qu'il choisit finalement de créer.
Grâce au programme ODF, On Deck facilite un environnement collaboratif en réunissant 80 à 100 individus talentueux qui se trouvent à un stade similaire dans leurs projets entrepreneuriaux. Les participants s'engagent dans une communauté de soutien où ils peuvent explorer ensemble ces questions vitales, en tirant parti des perspectives et des expériences des autres alors qu'ils s'engagent sur la voie de l'innovation et du développement commercial.
